1.How can I make orders?

100outlets.com do not accept paypal now. We accept payment on www.payoneer.com or wire transfer or WU. And we accept RMB payment via wechat pay or Alipay.

Please contact us before make orders.

2.Can I send my product back?

You can always send your product back to 100outlets! But please do this within 15 days. And keep the product undamaged in same condition as we ship it so we can sell the product again. You will get all your money back (product and shipment cost), but you have to pay for returning the product yourself. Contact us if you want to return your product, so we can help you.

3.Your country not in this list?

Your country not in the list? No worries, you can still order in our shop. In the check out process your shipping cost will be automatically added for your country. We were just not able to mention all countries in the world . That's all! :)

5.Where's My Package?

After an order has shipped, you can track your packages on 100outlets.com. From Your Orders, you can find tracking information in your order details.

Note: Some shipments, such as ePacket shipments, are not trackable.

2.Go to the order you want to track.
