Level controlled automatic priming unit for pre- and reevacuation of individual or several centrifugal pumps.
Level controlled automatic priming system with a compressesair ejector acting as a vacuum generator. Due to the polyethylene nozzle system, the unit is resistant, to a large degree, against aggressive fluids (e.g. sea water). The separate installation of the aspirator on the suction pipe allows taking advantage of the optimal operating conditions also at evacuating a mixture of gas and fluids.

When the centrifugal pump is turned on, only the automatic priming unit will be activated. After evacuation has been completed, the centrifugal pump is switched on by means of the float switch. As soon as the liquid level is filled up the tank, the
ejector of the priming system is switched off over the level switch. Should the level inside the tank drops down through gas accumulation, the ejector starts up once more for reevacuation independently from pump discharge pressure. Should the centrifugal pump be under intake pressure when switched on, it will activated without delay.
