Suncron SE is a medium energy type with 125℃ ~ 130℃ dyeing temperature but it is still compatible with Suncron E or Suncron S dyes. It can be applicable to various dyeing processes.
Disperse dye is non-ionic, water insoluble and does not react chemically with nylon; dyeing takes place irrespective of −COOH or −NH2 groups while dyes are retained by the fibre with van der Waals force and H-bonds. As a result, barriness of dyeing, which is a typical problem in dyed nylon, does not appear due to migration of dye; even irregularities in orientation and physical or chemical structures do not hinder formation of levelled shades.
