Agilent 0101-1241 5-uL PEEK Sample Loop

Manual injection valve sample loops for Rheodyne injector models 9725 and 3725. PEEK sample loops are factory-cut and finished to the highest quality. Flexible PEEK loop ends are provided with a clean, straight cut for low dead volume connections. PEEK tubing is inert to most organic solvents, although wall thickness, temperature, exposure time, and concentration of organic solvents affect durability.

Concentrated nitric acid and sulfuric acid weaken PEEK tubing. THF, methylene chloride, and DMSO cause PEEK tubing to swell. Actual volume can differ due to tolerance of tubing bore. Accuracy of 0.18mm (0.007) loops is 65%, 0.51mm (0.020) loops is 21%, and 0.76mm (0.030) loops is 14%.
